Have a small party inside our clubhouse, equipped with a catering kitchen and a lounge. Wake up and grab a cup of coffee from our coffee lounge on your way to work. Need to use a computer? Our business center is here when you need it.

Step out from your front door to miles of Brushy Creek trails in Round Rock, perfect for both outdoor enthusiasts and pet-owners. 

Each home is crafted with vinyl floors, open-concept kitchens, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances, making dinner nights at home a comfort rather than a duty. Private balconies are a pleasant retreat in your apartment, where you can appreciate our peaceful creek surroundings. Select apartments offer creek or pool views.

Pet Policy

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Creekside at Kenney's Fort welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two. Contact our leasing office for more information!

  • Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home
  • A one-time non-refundable fee of $400 per pet
  • Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet
